About Us

We provide personal care to all ages including elderly who suffers from different illness for example dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson disease, disabilities, palliative care, end of life and mental health sufferers. We aim to provide care services to all manner of patients / service users ranging from minor illness to critical health situations.

Southwell care has all the expertise and all the knowledge, skills and experience to make sure all vulnerable people from all different background in the community would be able to get the care that is appropriate to their needs and requirements.

Services

We will be providing comprehensive personal care 24/7 person-centred care on daily basis for example giving bath /strip wash, get dressed, shopping, grooming assistance, peg-feeding, catheter / stoma care, assisting with walking and transferring from bed to wheelchair, use of hoist, helping to prepare meals, safety and falling prevention, medication reminder, toileting and incontinence care, outings, assisting with feeding in-terms of those who are bed-bound / wheelchair-bound

At Southwell Care all carers are trained before work and have comprehensive induction appropriate training which is regularly updated to the latest standards. All our staff are competent and confident, and they are all DBS Checked. Southwell Care staff are very friendly, sociable and empathetic by nature.
